Need to take a break but not ready to cancel? Pausing your EveryPlate subscription is quick and easy. You can skip a week up to 5 days before your scheduled delivery.
 
Your deadline to skip depends on your delivery day, all by 11:59 PM CT:

<li>Monday: Skip by the previous Wednesday</li>
<li>Tuesday: Skip by the previous Thursday</li>
<li>Wednesday: Skip by the previous Friday</li>
<li>Thursday: Skip by the previous Saturday</li>
<li>Friday: Skip by the previous Sunday</li>
<li>Saturday: Skip by the previous Monday</li>
<li>Sunday: Skip by the previous Friday
 
On Web: Go to &quot;My Menu&quot; and click &quot;Edit Delivery&quot; under your menu options to skip a week.
 
On App: Navigate to the week you'd like to skip, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select &quot;Skip Week.&quot;

If you’ve already skipped weeks and still want to cancel your EveryPlate subscription, follow these steps:

<li>Head to "Settings" and scroll down to "Deactivate your Plan."</li>
<li>On the next screen, select "Cancel anyway," provide a reason.</li>
<li>Click "Deactivate now."</li></ol>
 
Make sure to cancel at least 5 days before your next delivery by 11:59 PM CT to avoid receiving another box. If not canceled in time, you'll receive and be charged for one last delivery.
