How do I apply an EveryPlate coupon or voucher?
Currently, some coupons can only be applied when opening a new subscription or reactivating a canceled one. There will be a promo code box during the checkout or reactivation process that asks if you have a discount code. Simply enter your EveryPlate code there and click ‘Apply.’
What should I do if my EveryPlate coupon code or discount is not working?
We apologize if your EveryPlate discount code isn't working as expected. First, make sure you have selected the right plan and your voucher has a valid date of expiry. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Of course! You can pause or cancel your EveryPlate subscription at any time. Keep in mind that we are not able to modify or cancel an order that has already been processed, which is 5 days before your delivery is scheduled.
