The company has been set up and designed by the two business partners, Mick Laffey and Dave Bonnar who have been friends and business partners over a number of years.

The concept of Everyplate.com was born from one of the partners registering with a car number plate dealer to see how much could he get for his plate. Out of interest the other partner made contact and received a price. The first partner was contacted with an offer which was only 60% of the asking price. We thought that this was unfair and wanted to build a consumer driven business. The values that the business were built upon included total transparency, the buyer and seller setting the price, a secure environment and a no cost opportunity for people with private number plates to test the water.

Both partners understand the personal and fun element of owning your own plate. The web site has intentionally been left quite basic in content and the real work has been in generating the searches to match the right person to that right plate. If the plate you have been searching for over years is out there, then the site will help you find it.

Due to work commitments and a busy career, Mick has now left the business and Dave is committed to continue 'The revolution'.

The main aims of the business are to provide a transparent process for buying, selling and locating number plates whilst bringing a little fun into number plat3 business!
